National Service Scheme (N.S.S.) inspires students to understand their communities, their needs and issues or challenges within, that needs attention. It also enables them to understand their role in terms of how and what they can contribute for the betterment the society. At Clara’s College, we encourage our students to be a part of this initiative and serve with the motto – 'Not Me, But You!' Since NSS promotes selfless service to mankind and the society at large, it helps in instilling values, discipline and compassion in students.

The entire year's activities revolves round these objectives. NSS students keenly and effectively contribute to the 'Medical Camp' in April, which is the opening activity for the year. Peace is the global need today and our NSS students promote this on the 'Universal Peace Day' in August through the 'NSS Rally'. NSS students also participate in the orientation programmes, tree plantation drives, 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan', Blood donation drives, Constitution Day, and several other programmes.
